"After paying for the room and going through the online check in at 1:00 AM in the morning…with 6 children ages ranging from 2-11 I was informed the room was not available and Expedia should not have rented it to begin with because the complex is under repair. "Staff was amazing and super helpful. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t as clean as expected, with beard clippings and dirt on the bathroom floor. The Wi-Fi was pretty slow, and while the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, it was nice that HBO was included for free on the TV. The location is a huge plus though, it’s close to so many amenities like restaurants, the aquarium, and less than 20 minutes from the zoo."
