"Wonderful facility. Staff is helpful and always friendly! Breakfast was delicious every day. The evening host for beverages and snacks was always great! The pool and hot tub area are clean and well cared for. Enjoyed both each day. Room was comfortable and spacious. Loved our balcony. Highly recommend! "

"I was charged a junk $1 “convenience fee” when paying for on-site parking. There is nothing convenient about having to scan a QR code and enter unnecessary details on a website to pay $10 for parking when the hotel could have simply included that in the room invoice at check-in. Total B.S. "

"The parking was easy. The property desperately needs an upgrade in the rooms were not great. The shower was ridiculous to try and use. You had to pull with all of your strength on the faucet to get it out of the wall to actually have any sort of water pressure. The carpet in the hallways was coming up. The breakfast was not like every other holiday inn and they charged $15.99 per person. The servers were incredibly kind and I genuinely felt bad they were wasting their time because they were...

"Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite."

"The room was not clean, the staff was nice with what interaction I had with them. I did not eat at the hotel and the air conditioner loud and kicked on a lot. Ended up sleeping without it on."

"we had room booked from the 8-12th. however after arriving, and going to the room, i couldn’t stay any longer. The couch in the common area was disgusting and unfortunately after i sat on it, the entire night was spent in the shower. i was getting bit by something. i don’t want to know, we wound up booking somewhere else, and working on getting the refund. biggest issue with expedia. i cannot recommend this place at all"

"Staff was amazing and super helpful. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t as clean as expected, with beard clippings and dirt on the bathroom floor. The Wi-Fi was pretty slow, and while the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, it was nice that HBO was included for free on the TV. The location is a huge plus though, it’s close to so many amenities like restaurants, the aquarium, and less than 20 minutes from the zoo."
