"Except for a loud waiter who was yelling loudly at a disgruntled customer at breakfast on Sunday, June 21, 2026, which was highly inappropriate and disturbing, the rest of my stay was good. I had a room on the upper floor with a balcony and a nice view of the lake and the mointains. Its too bad the restaurant closes at 7 pm and the choice of food was just poor! The resort needs to do a better job with that. Wi-Fi was a bit slow but working. Need to improve the payment process - iPhone Apple Pay is not working which is unexplainable. I had to present a real credit card which I usually do not like to do."

The amenities were excellent, and the location made it easy to explore the area. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future."

"I do not have complaints about the staff or facility, but before you go to THIS hotel “Tru” OR “Home 2 Suites” at the same address, both are “by Hilton” and both are sharing the same building in an “L” shape. One check in station for both. What difference does that make? You may get a room (accidentally) from the wrong side. The staff is great, the system is confusing…POOR STAFF. Nothing wrong with either room but Home 2 suites may be more high end rooms. If you go and know you got a room you didn’t reserve, you may be on the wrong side? It is a Hilton issue. Housekeeping was excellent and staff was great at helping get issue straight. Tell the front desk which company you rented a room from. TRU is the blue sign to follow. Home 2 Suites is the orange sign to follow. (We were early due to a medical stay and staff was accommodating.) Mistakes happen but this is a heads up. Excellent hotels otherwise."
