"Room was spacious and it was nice to have kitchen space. Breakfast was good. Food was hot and fresh."

"Beds were clean and bathroom is clean, but I took pictures of every other surface in this room which had the glass rings of coffee as well as red wine and water! I went downstairs to show the staff the pictures and they said to go back in the morning and complain to management. When I went to check out in the morning, there was no management available. So here’s my complaint. I wasn’t overly upset about this, but I wanted the hotel to be aware that your Housekeeping did not clean every surface...

"I had a really enjoyable stay at The Blake at Scottsdale. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave, along with nice, cool AC. The location was great, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. What stood out most was the friendly and accommodating staff that made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also loved the large pool and relaxing jacuzzi. The workout room was a plus and helped me stay on my exercise routine. I would definitely...

"Pros: Enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary. Beautiful views, accommodating, friendly staff; spacious rooms. Very good food, though pricey. Cons: Store sells tacky clothes and counterfeit bags, but doesn’t have basic items like t’s with resort logo, sundry items, etc. Spa staff sometimes put out nuts, sometimes didn’t; and didn’t replenish ice. Pool area nice, though couple of pots of fake flowers didn’t exude class. Could’ve also used slow-close toilet seat in room bathroom."
