"Ants in my room and hotel needs a makeover"

"Room was fairly large we had 2 queen beds. Washroom could be a bit cleaner. We did have issues with our tv the first night. Front desk did try fixing it but couldn’t as maintenance was done for the day and couldn’t move us as all rooms were booked. The following morning the tv did magically start working again. Breakfast was ok good have more selections. Other than that good stay for 3 days."

"The pools, hot tubs and fitness center were all very nice. Room/condo was nice and pretty nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"I would much rather have the option to pay and get a decent continental breakfast with artisan bread and good jam and coffee on porcelain plates instead of Styrofoam. We ate outside and the tables were not clean. The toilet in our room was ridiculously low. An older person would not be able to use it. Also our carpet had red stains with, what we were told, was hair color when we complained. We were told that we would get a discount. Let's hope this will actually happen. We did not have any problems parking the car. "

"The establishment was very clean the pools were very clean there were several pools the rooms were clean the only complaint I have is too many kids making too much noise and nobody was paying attention to what they were doing and they were disrupting our quiet time the teenagers thought the pool was a football field or playground"

"The room and bed were very comfortable. The plumbing had an odd noise that would start up but not from our use of the water. The staff was okay but every time I stepped up to the customer service counter I did not feel like I was the priority."
