"hotel was excellent and convenient to our needs during our short visit to Phoenix area. amenities and staffs were expected as being part of hilton. brand. room, beddings, water pressure, soundproofing, pool and gym were 2 thumbs up. unfortunately, wasn’t impressed during breakfast, waffle maker not working and the oats was the driest i’ve encountered during our stay."

"It is like lipstick on a pig. Had to move rooms as there wasn't a refrigerator. Had to go to the lobby with each room as my key didn't work. Killed 2 large ants in my room. One was on the bed and one in the bathroom. I would have left if I could have had my money refunded. No ice available except in the lobby. It was 108 degrees outside. What more can I say."

"Nice hotel for the price! Looks to be a relatively new hotel! Room was clean and it was nice having the living room area and kitchen! Breakfast was great and staff, particularly the breakfast. Staff was very hard-working. Definitely enjoyed the fresh waffles for breakfast."

"Pool chairs are usually marked in the morning until about early evening. Will need a car to get around to most places but within walking distance to a shopping area. One restaurant on site. Peaceful, nice views, serene Decent spa with separate pool Rooms are overall clean"

"The wife and I love this hotel. This is the second time we stayed there and couldn't be more happy with the place. Parking, breakfast ease of check in, the cleanliness of room and hotel, the swimming pool and all the resturants in the area. The happy hour is also something we enjoyed. "We loved the property because of all the beautiful trees and foliage. Beautifully appointed and clean. However while at the pool the music was extremely loud and selection of songs not quality music!! This hotel is advertised as a quiet oasis for relaxation!! The music didn’t let you relax at all!!"

"Big alert the property is under renovation, during 8-4 there is a lot of noise. The property was nice place, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was awesome, eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffin, cereal, yogurt and juices. If it wasn’t for the construction noise it would have received a bigger rating. I was not informed of the construction intill I was there checking in. It would have been nice to know before hand."
