"It is like lipstick on a pig. Had to move rooms as there wasn't a refrigerator. Had to go to the lobby with each room as my key didn't work. Killed 2 large ants in my room. One was on the bed and one in the bathroom. I would have left if I could have had my money refunded. No ice available except in the lobby. It was 108 degrees outside. What more can I say."

"This is a great resort! It has what you need in a compact footprint. The free filtered drinking water is icing on the cake. Bring your insulated drinking cup. I will visit Mountain Shadows again soon."

"Hallway trash unattended to and had an odor. Pool lounge closed for a "private event" which was nothing more than management trying to keep traffic down because bar staff did not show up. I assume and I am hopeful that things will get better there."

"Pool chairs are usually marked in the morning until about early evening. Will need a car to get around to most places but within walking distance to a shopping area. One restaurant on site. Peaceful, nice views, serene Decent spa with separate pool Rooms are overall clean"

"Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again."

"Bespoke is a unique option - a cross between a small hotel and lovely, private cottage at the quiet, walkable edge of the Scottsdale art district. The shaded courtyard was a soothing spot to have a morning coffee and watch the doves and hummingbirds come to drink at the fountain. Fresh flowers and supplies for a pour-over hot drink gave a cozy feel to the interior."

"our staycation here was perfect. we needed a little getaway from home and this was exactly what we needed. breakfast buffet was great for it being free. king suite was cozy and spacious. would def stay here again and would recommend to others."

"The hotel was everything I dreamed of. The spa treatment and food was amazing. The staff was so attentive, felt like royalty. Do be aware that you are charged hotel tax daily that Expedia excludes. Be prepared for your total at check out to be different."
