"My husband and I were celebrating our 42nd Wedding Anniversary! We weren’t there to gamble at all; but simply to relax and enjoy the amenities! It was PERFECT! We enjoyed two delicious meals on site! The first night we ate at the Blue Coyote Cafe where I had a delicious pecan chicken salad. "hotel was excellent and convenient to our needs during our short visit to Phoenix area. amenities and staffs were expected as being part of hilton. brand. room, beddings, water pressure, soundproofing, pool and gym were 2 thumbs up. unfortunately, wasn’t impressed during breakfast, waffle maker not working and the oats was the driest i’ve encountered during our stay."

"It is like lipstick on a pig. Had to move rooms as there wasn't a refrigerator. Had to go to the lobby with each room as my key didn't work. Killed 2 large ants in my room. One was on the bed and one in the bathroom. I would have left if I could have had my money refunded. No ice available except in the lobby. It was 108 degrees outside. What more can I say."

"Hallway trash unattended to and had an odor. Pool lounge closed for a "private event" which was nothing more than management trying to keep traffic down because bar staff did not show up. I assume and I am hopeful that things will get better there."

"Pool chairs are usually marked in the morning until about early evening. Will need a car to get around to most places but within walking distance to a shopping area. One restaurant on site. Peaceful, nice views, serene Decent spa with separate pool Rooms are overall clean"

"our staycation here was perfect. we needed a little getaway from home and this was exactly what we needed. breakfast buffet was great for it being free. king suite was cozy and spacious. would def stay here again and would recommend to others."

"Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again."

"Bespoke is a unique option - a cross between a small hotel and lovely, private cottage at the quiet, walkable edge of the Scottsdale art district. The shaded courtyard was a soothing spot to have a morning coffee and watch the doves and hummingbirds come to drink at the fountain. Fresh flowers and supplies for a pour-over hot drink gave a cozy feel to the interior."
