"The hotel advertises a hot tub. It was not working. When I asked the staff they said it is only a whirlpool that circulates water, it has never been a hot tub. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. I booked this hotel because I was in town running an ultra martial and wanted the hot tub to speed recovery. The clear misrepresentation in advertising really is ticking me off. I guess I will vote with my feet and add holiday in to my list of never again"

"When arrived at property, the room was filthy. Cobwebs and chipped paint along with dead bugs on floor and windowsill. Staff rude and discourteous. Refused to refund $. I checked out without refund. Comfort suites in Sanford was much more accommodating with a clean room and wonderful staff!"

"Best continental breakfast I have ever had!!! Very unique choices - kale omelettes, cheesecake muffins, everything tasted homemade. Everything was great except for the location of the shower and toilet. You have to slide sideways between the 2 in order to turn the shower on. Maybe if you have exceptionally long arms you would be more successful. Other than that, it was great. Staff was amazing."

"Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, powerful showerhead, great Black out curtains and the heat worked well. Cons: People yelling outside my door as soon as the sun came up both days. The smell of cigarette smoke every time I had to cut the bathroom light/fan on. I guess it sucked it under the adjoining door's cracks. The couch with all the holes and tears in the upholstery should be replaced. Side note: I have never booked a suite with a kitchen that had absolutely nothing in the kitchen...

"Did not get the room we reserved due to the fact we booked through Expedia. The front desk made it clear that if we book through their web site we would have gotten what we reserved."

"Bar and grill doesn’t open until 5pm. There is no front desk around the clock, they can assist remotely a sign states. Pool closes at 7 wasn’t an option just something that is a bit of a con. We loved the property otherwise."
