"HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. We get into a whole other room just for the TV to not work properly, water didn’t even reach over a cool 70 degrees. Me and my husband ultimately left early due to the condition of the room and surrounding area. "I have stayed at 100 red roof inns, and I can name the ones I would stay at again on one hand. Dog owners love these hotels because of their pet policy. This location was clean, comfy, convenient to the road and everything we needed. I would definitely make a point to stay here again."

"The room and clarity was nice. The big problem was that I got locked out of my room in the morning. The safety lock on the inside somehow locked when I closed the door. A technician had to fix it but he didn’t arrive until 8:00am. This set my trip back by 1 hour. The technician said this happens occasionally. If so why don’t other staff have the tool to open a door that is locked from the inside? "
