"the price I liked, the location I did not, but I was told it was safe, so I continued with my check in. the desk personnel was great when I checked in!! He escorted me around the property to show me around and verify the security, offering assistance for anything I needed. i was on ground floor, a disability access room which I was most thankful did NOT smell like cigarettes!! a bit odd set up, the refrig made noise all night and had to turn it off but that did not really help, so turned it back on low. was glad for grab bars in bathtub but the minature height of shower was a bit odd. the chair was a help too. room was clean basically, not so sure about the floor in all spots. room temperature was adjustable, thankfully. bed was comfortable , cozy and pillows to melt into. overall I was glad to get some sleep before heading home in the morning. .and then seeing the gardenia flowers. the grounds need touch up, would make a huge difference in presentation. Needs a women's touch. lol Grateful in all things . a bit too far from where I was attending an event at Golden One .grateful for light food in am, being gluten free very limited, but an apple, egg and yogurt were ok. thank you for the rest I got . and it was quiet at night outside the room. Yes, parking was safe! yeah. And if I could I would have loved the bagel!! Big bonus which I didn't have time to engage with: In and out burger a breath away..I didn't feel it was ok to walk there late at night ;busy!!"

"This was my first and definitely not my last time staying here. Went for a quick girls getaway and the property did not disappoint. The complimentary valet and bell service was top tier. The front desk check in process was easy and.Cheryl was great. The room was clean and very spacious you can easily have 4 people in a room, we just had two .. The bathroom is elegant and bathtub was awesome. We enjoyed the spa and my masseuse Leslie was amazing, well definitely be going again"

"Dog in room barked half the night, also room next door to us played loud music till 2am. singing songs, loud noise in room till2pm."

"I didn't care for the breakfast. Bacon was swimming in grease. I even told the staff member to drain the grease prior to putting it in the chafer but ignored me or perhaps didn't understand me. Hotel was very clean the only draw back is nothing is around the hotel except the casino."
