"Nice quiet spacious place Clean room with a/c Not good breakfast, only cookies and two instant coffee pks . The girl very nice, but we had to go thru Expedia to get a hold of them."

"Very conveniently located , walkable distance to Pisa tower . Parking available next to hotel , street parking but very secure and charged by the minute rather than flat rate @ 75 cents an hour . Very friendly staff who helped with understanding how it works . Breakfast : variety of bread n cakes but would have been better if they give more solid breakfast , coffee very good n juices are ok . Room : very clean n bathrooms are very good Overall a pleasant stay"

We thoroughky enjoyed a few hours rekaxing in hot tub and terrace late afternoon after a day exploring. We made use of the hotel bicycles to get around the city and tour the wall pathway..fab! All though Lucca in Villa Lucrezia is right outside the wall, you our walking distance to all the shops and restaurants inside the wall. I would stay her again!"

"B&b molto carino a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e con il parcheggio incluso. Camera grande e pulita (aveva addirittura una vasca idromassaggio enorme), colazione varia ed abbondante. Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile ad aiutare. Siccome la nostra stanza affacciava su strada abbiamo trovato dei tappi per le orecchie in camera, un'attenzione in più verso il cliente! Consigliatissimo!"

The only positive points for us were that the air conditioning worked well, the room was clean enough, and it was dark and quiet enough for sleeping. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is very old and tired inside.
