"The staff was arguing at the front desk while checking me and other customers in. The pool area had ants. It was extremely loud at all hours of the night. The room ac was noisy. The breakfast was not as advertised and they were out of pretty much everything. They ran out of blankets which did not help because even after turning down the ac our room was freezing but the front desk claimed they had zero extra blankets. Staff seemed miserable and arguing in front of customers is so unpleasant and made me extremely uncomfortable. They made us sign paperwork stating they had a no party policy but there were obviously several parties going on. "

"The chairs in the room were quite old. The fabric was withering away. The rest was fine."

"I was very impressed with this hotel. I stayed for four days. The people were fabulous. The place was so clean. It always smelled so good. There was always somebody outside sweeping or cleaning or doing something to make the place look better. The employees always had a smile on their face if you needed anything, they were right there for your needs. I will definitely stay there again, but I do feel you need to change your pictures for your property because it doesn’t show how pretty it really is it shows you don’t do breakfast but you do a little breakfast. It looks more homier when you walk in then when you look at the pictures and I think they should put the nonstick pads underneath the microwave just so the microwave doesn’t slide all over the refrigerator cause you’re marking up your refrigerator. But whoever’s running that hotel is doing an amazing job and I will be passing the word."

"The floors needed to be mopped. The staff were friendly and very responsive. It was a bit warm, but too early in the season for the AC to be working. The fan option was not sufficient in keeping the room cool. The price is right though, and I would stay here again. "
