Whoever was on the 4th was running and jumping. We called to the front desk and complained. We come to Durham once a month. Family Member has cancer. We come for her treatment. Our 2nd time staying there. We will not be back. "

"Worst Hilton experience ever! AC not working for 2 day stay. Room smelled fishey. Dangerous entrapment issue with bathroom door. Reported to staff with zero response. Asked to see manager at checkout but none on site. Requested a call. Not holding my breath. Stay away from this place. "
