"The room was new and very nice. However, even though there was a big kitchen, there was no dish soap, no paper towels, no pots or pans for cooking on the hot plate, no utensils. You could however buy pots and pans- which would be ridiculous for a 2 night stay! There was one bar of soap and just a shampoo. If they had stocked it like a regular hotel or a timeshare, it would have been so much better. They said this was all because it was an extended stay hotel."

"The booking was exactly as explained on the listing for the hotel. Everything looked like the pictures, which you can trust. We enjoyed our stay with Hilton. We also had the best sleep of the trip here as well. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Room was definitely cleaned daily."
