"The hotel is conveniently located near Linate Airport. The shuttle is very practical. Family room is nice and offers everything we needed for a family of four. The food at the restaurant is expensive for what it is (just average). Without a car it is the only option for dinner. However the breakfast is lovely and prices fairly 12 Euros per person (children are free)."

"The hotel it's beautiful but the staff from reception let it down, the gentleman make us feel more like arriving to a precint asking us for the identification and credit card. No giving us a warm welcome. Then, he gave us the last room (disabled room i might add). But the staff from the restaurant at breakfast, they were so helpful. "If. You want a bolt hole out side Milan with reasonable access to the metro, at reasonable prices this is it. However. I hate it when you don't get the full picture in their web pages. They show the hotel just as it was first finished not as it currently is. They claim to have a Mona Lisa high class restaurant, this is not open. Further more looking at the state of it it has been shut for a long time. Pictures imply a nice seating area in the lobby, there are in fact just...

"There was an Aldi’s right next to the hotel. Several food places and other amenities within walking distance. There was also easy access to the train station. The pool was great. The rooms are super clean and the staff was very nice. and most importantly, the air conditioner worked."

"Leckeres Frühstück, gute Auswahl. Leider lag getragene Unterwäsche auf einem der Stühle, als wir ins Zimmer eingecheckt sind. Im Badezimmer war das Holz des Waschtisches an der Seite, welche zur Duschwand zeigte, schon sehr aufgequollen und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Sehr laute Klimaanlage, hat man auch aus den anderen Zimmern gehört."

"Io, mio marito e la nostra cucciola abbiamo soggiornato qui per una sola notte (senza colazione). La posizione è comodissima per chi deve assistere agli eventi a San Siro. La camera era molto spaziosa, anche se l'abbiamo trovata piuttosto polverosa e con un balcone non del tutto in sicurezza. Nota di merito per il personale, davvero cordiale e disponibile. Un piccolo appunto: nonostante il pagamento del supplemento per il cane, non ci sono state fornite spontaneamente le ciotole per acqua e...

"Their breakfast buffet is small but good. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are nice yet small. They do provide slippers, and a bathrobe. Great location and next to a great restaurant called El Carcinero."
