"Great service at check in, breakfast bar is great, the elevator went out while I was there but my ossue wasnt woth that. The issue was the faucet in the tub dripped and water pressure was horrible. This is my third stay here but this s the only issue i have had with this hotel out of the three stays. "

All staff was very helpful and friendly and room was extremely clean. Near to everything from grocery store to fast food and sit down restaurants, including a park close by for the kiddos to play. Would recommend Risewell, 10 out of 10. Thanks again for your hospitality. "

"Basic necessities only. Hotel is in decent shape, beds and bedding need updated. Sheets had hole worn through them.Towels but no wash clothes, soap but no shampoo. Perfect if you just need a shower and bed. Priced ok for what you get. "

"We were in town for our Grandpa's funeral and were not able to check into our room until close to 7:00. The woman at the front desk was not apologetic at all and only kept repeating that she just got there.. We were lucky to have family also in the hotel to put our bags away and decompress after travel. To top it off the bathrooms were disgusting. I truly believe that a murder happened in our bathroom and it was not cleaned properly. Took pictures and seriously tried calling a forensic hotline."
