"I would like to commend Nacho from the front desk team. My friend was in an Uber on her own from the airport to the hostel very late at night, and the Uber driver was lost and threatened to drop her in the middle of the city. I got Nacho to communicate with the driver on the phone, and he was firm with the driver that he should drop my friend at the hostel, and walked out with me to find her when the driver stopped close by to make sure my friend was safe.
