"My experience at Hotel Ventana al Atlántico was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived.
The check-in process was frustrating. There is no front desk or office on-site, and I had no idea how to access my room. I called multiple numbers with no success until another guest gave me the correct phone number. Only then was I told how to retrieve the room key.

"We stayed with 2 adults and 1 toddler, I feel like we paid for was what we got. The only hiccup was that Expedia never sent out my contact information and also never told me that they didn’t so I didn’t get an email with the instructions until I called but when I did the owners were super helpful and sent them to me right away.
