"Great place to relax"

"The room was clean, the air conditioning was great. A range the breakfast items were available. We were a give a double bed and a single sofa bed. The springs could be felt through the sofa bed, it was very uncomfortable and gave my husband a backache. We spoke to the receptionist who wouldn’t change the room or the bed. Told us we can book another room. The advertising the of rooms is not as we thought it would be a twin room as we selected that but the wording stated “or double room” so they...
