Da Experiência com a Estadia

Extremamente decepcionada, o local é lindo, contudo as instalações encontram-se desgastadas, não há manutenção. É cobrada taxa de limpeza além do valor da diária (nunca havia visto isso). Como se não bastasse, inicialmente recusaram limpar o nosso quarto, disseram q era responsabilidade dos hóspedes! Não aceitamos tal argumento, só assim é que realizaram a limpeza do quarto. O restaurante não funciona, considerando q o hotel fica nas montanhas, é péssimo ter que sair para tomar as refeições, ou ter q pedir. O café da manhã é extremamente ruim, a maioria dos itens são industrializadas, bolo, bolachas, geleias, há pouca opção de frutas. Não indico.

Bom lugar.

Local agradável, funcionários anteciósos e muito educados. Excelente paisagem. O café da manhã é um bom café, mas no entanto, os utensílios como pratos, xícaras ficam nas mesas, ou seja, terá que usar um prato para bolo, frutas, pães, etc. Entendo que seria melhor eu estarem a disposição próximo ao buffet.

Hotel bom mas a vista do quarto mais caro não

Pegamos a suíte mais cara do hotel acreditando que a vista que mostrava no site seria justamente deste, mas para nossa surpresa, o quarto mais caro, a suíte Master, tem a visão do quarto para um monte de mato. Uma vista pro nada. Enquanto quartos standard tem a mais bela vista do hotel. O lugar é limpo, tranquilo, super confortável, mas nos decepcionamos no quesito de, pagamos a mais para, além de ter o conforto, sermos reverenciados pela bela vista que o lugar oferece, porém foi ao contrário. Não indico as suítes luxo, pois se quer ter uma bela vista, não terá e será decepcionante. Voltaria, mas para ficar em um quarto mais simples e ter uma vista bacana.

Pousada ultrapassa

Ao chegar ofereceram um quarto que não tinha sido contratado(inferior), ao reclamar na recepção realizaram a alteração porém com 20 minutos de espera.Ao chegar no quarto , aparentemente foi arrumada as pressas, copo sujo de vinho(utilizado por hospede anterior),quarto com paliativos nas instalações,não passou confiança quanto a limpeza,não dispõe de TV por assinatura. Banheira de hidro com avarias. Instalações, móveis e estrutura da pousada muito ultrapassada, ta certo que é uma pousada,mas poderiam se atualizar, computador na sala de estar da idade da pedra, TV na sala de estar sobre uma estrutura de máquina de costura antiga(improviso) cabos expostos passando impressão dr maus cuidados e manutenção. Recepcionista muito educada e prestativa, pronta a atender.Porém o rapaz que auxilia a carregar as malas e leva até o quarto, aparentemente novato e sem treinamento pata lhr dar com público. No demais , valeu a pena por conta do lugar, paisagem, e das atrações da cidade.Nao recomendo pois ja me hospedei em.outros lugares muito mais "baratos" e simples, porém passavam sensação de limpeza e qualidade, ao contrário dessa que parece estar abandonada pelos proprietários.

Fiquei apenas uma noite na pousada e foi maravilhoso! O café da manhã também é muito saboroso! Só estão precisando fazer uma melhoria no móvel do banheiro pois esta um pouco deteriorado.

Aconchegante mas longe do centrinho

A pousada é boa no geral. Importante destacar que fica a 15 minutos do centro da cidade . O local és mais bem afastado. Os apartamentos são super bons , aconchegantes. A qualidade do café da manhã é muito bom
