Fantasic staff and very nice location

The room was cosy and clean. One person in the staff spoke eglish which was of great help. They could also help order food deliveries to the hotel. The hotel is a bit out side of the town but in a beutiful area and with incredible views form the balconies. It was not always possibe to get an uber to drive out to the hotel so it might be better suited if you come in a car. The parking is also very good.

Quarto reservado com antecedencia, não havia papel higienico nos 02 quartos que reservei, fui em feriado então estava cheio, porém não comportam a lotação no café da manhã, sem mesas suficientes, abastecimentos do café nao acontecia, quando abasteciam era pouca quantidade e nao durava para quem estava aguardando. Pelo valor cobrado, acomodações, serviço prestado e localização achei que não valeu a pena. Talvez fora de temporada, em um valor acessivel compense.

O lugar é muito bonito, paz e silêncio. O que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento, você não consegue falar nem pelo WhatsApp que eles te passam e nem pelo telefone. Ficamos sem wifi e disseram que iam arrumar, mas nem se quer foram em nosso quarto resolver. A limpeza do quarto até estava ok, mas não pareceia ter sido limpo no mesmo dia, quando entramos estava com mal cheiro. Era uma data importante pra nós, 17 anos de casados e colocamos uma expectativa grande, mas ficamos frustados porque não pagamos barato e sim na média de campos para ter algo bacana.

Infraestrutura maravilhosa, mas o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Contratei o chalé com lareira, e esqueceram da lenha e do acendedor. Fiz upgrade PAGO para um pacote com roupão e café da manhã no quarto, e esqueceram de deixar o roupão e também que haviam agendado comigo o café no quarto, e ainda, se eu não tivesse me deslocado até a recepção minutos antes de encerrar o horário que servem o café, teríamos ficado sem. Até mesmo o básico, shampoo e condicionador, tivemos que pedir. Resumo: tive que me deslocar algumas vezes para a recepção para solicitar o mínimo e o que paguei a mais na contratação - fui atendido em todas elas, mas a pergunta é: precisava falar? Cobrar? Me planejo com antecedência para que justamente não tenha surpresas, mas isso não foi imprevisto, foi falta de organização mesmo. Não tem telefone no quarto para contato direto com a recepção, o número do telefone fixo do cartão de visitas que eles passam no check-in ninguém atende, o WhatsApp não fica na recepção, demoram para responder - isso quando respondem - e também não atendem ligação por lá. Ou seja, da nossa experiência, a COMUNICAÇÃO foi um grande problema. É um lugar lindo, mas afastado. O que nos fez a pensar, e se nós tivéssemos de fato uma emergência, e se fosse de madrugada? Como seria?

Tivemos uma boa experiência, tem uma vista linda da varanda e da área de café, porém o preço foi muito alto para a propriedade. O quarto é confortável, mas o aquecedor é portatil e a única tomada compatível ficava no banheiro. O café da manhã é razoável, a sanduicheira estava muito suja e não tinha pão de queijo.
