Ruim. Nos colocaram ao lado de um quarto que estava em reforma e, sem nos avisar do que ocorreria, por volta das 08h da manhã começou uma barulheira de martelada, serra de gesso e etc. Uma tremenda falta de noção. Poderiam ter nos alocado em outro lugar.

Quarto e banheiro super limpos, tudo bem novo, café da manhã bem completo, excelente atendimento dos funcionários. Fiz a reserva de 1 quarto com 1 cama queen para eu, meu marido e meu filho, porém na hora do check in, eles disponibilizaram um quarto conjugado, com mais 2 camas de solteiro, para ficarmos mais confortáveis. A higienização dos quartos considerando este momento de está muito boa. Me sinto mais seguro. Em relação ao café da manhã muito bom. E os funcionários sempre corteses as minhas necessidades (recepção, limpeza, restaurante, ...) Estive em outro hotel e preferi trocar pelo Confort. Recomendo.

Foi minha segunda vez no hotel. Com certeza, não retornarei numa próxima visita a trabalho a Campos. O hotel fica numa rua extremamente movimentada e não há nos quartos janelas anti ruido. Dormir foi um inferno. Como precisava acordar cedo para trabalho e descansar bem à noite, foi muito difícil. Cheguei a trocar de quarto na tentativa de uma melhor acústica, mas não funcionou. O hotel traz acomodações confortáveis e com bom tamanho, mas para quem vai a trabalho e precisa de uma boa noite de sono, não recomendo.
