"This is a great boutique hotel for someone looking for a reclusive and quite stay. It is located in the mountains with gorgeous views. Fyi. The standard room only has one queen size bed. If you're traveling with friends, it is best to book separate rooms unless you want to share a bed. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We are so glad to have chosen LADE."

"The location was perfect. The bungalows are walking distance from downtown Tamarindo. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I arrived at an early flight and they were able to check me in early. It was a great experience."

"Café de Playa was absolutely amazing. The property was beautiful, clean, and well cared for, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience special. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and welcoming — it truly felt like they wanted to take care of me and make sure I had the best trip possible.
They gave wonderful recommendations, made everything feel easy, and added so much to my Costa Rica experience. I’m so grateful for their hospitality and I look forward to going back!"

"This property is a “Diamond in the rough”. The location is perfect. A half block from the main Beach (the moneys show up around 4-5 pm) and tons of shops, restaurants, bars and all things fun rentals. The staff were superb as was the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. There seems to be something entertaining going on every day or evening in the bar/restaurant area and the pool area was a perfect oasis. We have travel many times to the all inclusive beach...
