"We had a great stay. The free breakfast was good. When you book they need to give you directions,
such as after last roundabout on A40 from Hwest drive 5 miles and turn right. There are no signs on A40. Katy the receptionist is AWESOME. Katy informed us of some great off the beaten path places to go."

"Nice stay at this cosy hotel.
Good location & great parking - situated nicely between Saundersfoot & Tenby.
Friendly staff, nice brekkie & recommended if you are visiting the area & don’t want to be in the middle of it all but still easily accessible if you want to go into either place.

"I have lost count of how often i have stayed at The Mariner's.....well into double figures over the past 18 months alone.
As a former native of Haverfordwest, i know the town exceptionally well. This is how I know how central The Mariner's location is.
The staff here are outstanding. The rooms generous, clean & comfortable. The place oozes a unique charm (it's 400 years old). The food is lovely with generous portions. The cooked breakfast is outstanding.

"We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "
