"Great location, very friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. Our only complaint was the property does not have AC and it was a very warm spell, but they did provide a fan which helped. The location is splendid, it’s one of several hotels in the small village at the end of the bridge to the island, and there are several good restaurants to choose from. "

"The staff was very helpful. The rooms are dated and bare. Be prepared for steps! The arrangements to check in, and be able to park our rental securely before taking the shuttle to the island, was extremely convenient!"

"Some good, some inconvenient things but overall a decent stay near St Malo. It's close to a grocery store and not too far from town by car. Room has a good amount of space, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. There's no water kettle. Breakfast buffet was extensive, and the staff was very nice. Check out is later than most places (12pm). Downsides: even though they have AC available in the hotel, during the spring (late April) they won't turn it on and the front desk controls the climate system. The rooms were very hot (25 degrees C) but they wouldn't do anything about it and there are no screens on the windows so bugs flew in when we leave the windows open. Also, it seems like they turn off the hot water in the middle of the day so at 5pm the shower was cold but at 7:30pm, there was hot water again. Finally gym is small and a inconvenient to use. There are just 3 cardio machines (treadmill, cardio, elliptical +a table of towels - no weights, mats, water cooler) but the earliest you can use the room is 7:30am and you can't use the treadmill until 10am. We didn't use the pool and sauna but our friends said it was nice."

"The room was a decent size, comfortable and well-maintained. Being in the middle of the old town, there was no view to speak of, but that didn't matter as the location was one of the plus points, central to everything in the old part of St Malo. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout. A choice of continental or full breakfast was welcome and the quality was good."

"The staff at the hotel were friendly & helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was substantial, with both hot & cold dishes, fruit, cheeses & breads. Note: the restaurant was a little way from the hotel down the street & it wasnt clear initially which one to go to. Strongly advise to book if u will eat there at night. "

"The location in mont saint michel was very good. The rooms are not big but sufficient for a family of four. The staff is very friendly and helpful"

"Very disappointing experience. We could not enter the hotel access zone at Mont Saint-Michel because the required code was never sent. After three calls, someone finally answered. At reception, staff said it was our responsibility to call and get the code, even though we had no signal and had to borrow a phone. Poor communication and no willingness to help. Also, there is no elevator, and we had to carry luggage upstairs. This was not mentioned when booking."
