"Cash stolen from room 021 – Logs prove only housekeeping entered
My wife and I stayed here and had €120 and £20 cash stolen directly from our locked room. The theft was selective, our credit cards were left untouched and happened precisely during the housekeeping windows on either Sunday or Monday while the room was being cleaned. Outside of these cleaning hours, the cash was never left alone.
When we reported this, the reception manager ran a door card check and verbally confirmed to us that...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. It’s a great spot to catch some late October sunshine, with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic staff and some really good food.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone, and the poolside lunch menu was equally enjoyable. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay – friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They really are a credit to the hotel.
There are, however, a couple of things worth considering before...

"The room was very small and there was two rooms in one corner. I felt not comfortable entering my room at night. Plus the staff lost my medication ice, I was very upset because the ice pack is very needed to carry my medication from one location to another. Now I need to go and purchase one to continue the rest of vacation."
