Hotel stay was ok. I the food was not that good. The evening for dinner if you didn’t make a reservation at 8am for dinner restaurant there is only 1 buffet for dinner. I didn’t enjoy the dinner buffet and there were no other place to get something to eat. You have to make a reservation for dinner which is hard because your not sure when you want to eat dinner. I’m really not that picky of an eater and had trouble finding food to eat. Would not stay here again .

When I initially booked the hotel, I had some concerns, particularly after reading the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. It boasts a beautiful ambiance and offers all the amenities needed for a delightful stay. The beach is pristine, and the pool area is well-maintained. While the buffet offered a decent variety of dishes, the quality was average. Fortunately, we had the opportunity to dine at the à la carte restaurants, including Fisherman's La Piazza, Wayne's Boot, and The Mexican restaurant. Each of these restaurants provided excellent service and served delicious cuisine, enhancing our overall experience. The only downside was the occasional lack of hygiene in the buffet area, such as finding soap residue in cups and witnessing staff members handling food without gloves. Despite this, I rate my overall experience as great, and I would gladly return in the future.

The pictures were deceiving from reality of the stay. Good was average and had to remind constantly to clean rooms. With 2 little children it was heck of an experience. The only positive was kids activities spread out through the day.

Al llegar al hotel, resulta que nos cancelaron la reservación por no haber pagado antes un depósito (la reservación especificaba pagar al llegar al hotel) y casualmente no tenían nada en el sistema, siendo que en Expedia nuestra reservación seguía apareciendo vigente. No nos daban ninguna solución y su único argumento es que el hotel se tomaba la libertad de cancelar las reservaciones que les daba su gana; hasta que hablé a Expedia y ellos se comunicaron al hotel fue que “milagrosamente” apareció nuestra reserva. Muy mal sabor de boca después de viajar tantas horas. Solo por eso no me volvería a quedar en ese ni ningún otro hotel de la Cadena Crown Paradise. Expedia excelente como siempre, me resolvieron rápidamente el problema

We traveled with 5 kids and this place was just amazing, everything close, not a lot of walking to everything , beach front , 2 big pools , entertainment every night .. only small thing is that at peak times there is a line to get to the buffet but moves fast . We loved it !!!will be happily go back

Beautiful hotel i stay there every year its always clean and staff is always welcoming and super friendly. Very recommended to anyone who wants to stay in Cancun and want a all inclusive hotel. the only thing is the reservations we did not get to go to any of the restuarants because of the wait time and the times of making the reservations it was taken and not available. we were dissapointed we did not get to try any and we were there for 5 days but other than that everything else was great!

Está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Tiene varias albercas. La playa está limpia. El área de toboganes, escalada y tirolesa está excelente para los niños. Hay algunas secciones de habitaciones que están en remodelación/mantenimiento lo cual es bueno por que si hace falta renovar un poco las habitaciones. El único GRAN INCONVENIENTE que le vi es que el dance club está debajo de las habitaciones. Me hospedé en el segundo piso y la música me impidió dormir. Se terminaba hasta la 1:00am La comida puede mejorar y agregar un poco de más variedad y sabor.

This was our first time doing an all inclusive family resort. We liked how there were a lot of kids activities and the kids club was very well run. We were often greeted by friendly staff in each part of the resort. The kids enjoyed ordering their own drinks from the pool area. We wish there would’ve been more shade in some of the pool areas, given that we were there all day. The only shade we really got, was from the cabanas down at the beach. Music content in each pool area could’ve been better. Even in the adult only pool section. Music played were oldies hits. Having a variety for all ages would’ve been ideal. Unfortunately, a big issue faced every day was making Restaurant reservations. There were only 5 restaurants and if you didn’t reserve by 8am you didn’t get a reservation. The buffet food wasn’t the best unless it was breakfast food. They also offered a grilling area with burgers and that was typically our go-to. Overall, we did enjoy our week given that it was our first experience. But may explore other local resorts

My family and I received very friendly service all throughout. There are many things for children to do which is what we wanted. It was hard to make reservations for the restaurants, almost impossible to get in just like other reviews noted but they still have the buffet with a large food selection.

I visited this location for my birthday and the room was spacious ! I got the honeymoon suite and enjoyed it with my husband . We didn’t enjoy how the water was not hot at night and we called maintenance twice. The food selections was not impressive. A lot of children ! I definitely should’ve looked at reviews closer before visiting. It wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best. Won’t be returning but i loved Cancun! Enjoy !

La propiedad está bien, observó áreas de oportunidad en los restaurantes, eso de reservar en los diferentes restaurantes es un problema, ya que lo controlan mediante web y la mayoría de las veces no funcionaba y/o. Ya no se podía reservar por los tiempos y varias veces los restaurantes se venían vacíos. Hace pensar que lo Hacen propósito para no tener comenzakes. Esto provoca que el restaurante principal la palapa tenga demasiada afluencia de gente además molesta. Por otro lado entiendo que es un hotel de accionistas extranjeros, no por eso deben tratar mejor a los extranjeros eso es muy notorio, con su personal

No me gustó la comida de el bufett poca variedad, guisos batidos… lo bueno es que si eres vip tienes accesos a un desayuno decente. La limpieza le doy un 6/10 si iban pero no se notaba totalmente, pedimos habitación con tina de hidromasaje y el penúltimo día ya no nos dejaron jabón para usarla, te dejan notas para hacer pedidos, lo hice y nunca la leyeron. Las bebidas en la barra un 7/10… para reservar la cena en uno de los restaurantes tienes que hacerlo a las 8 de la mañana si no no hay cupo. No tienen la Capacidad para todos los huéspedes que alojan… algunos tienen código de vestimenta… vas a la playa a descansar, muy tonto pedir un código a mi ver. Me voy con un 7/10 no fue muy grato x todo lo que pagamos. He estado en estancias más económicas y el servicio excelente. Saludos

La comida del buffet no está rica, todo sin sazón. La alberca de los niños la cerraban mucho antes del horario siempre alegando que había ocurrido un accidente y aparte olía feo. Si quieres hacer reservación para cenar en los restaurantes es muy difícil

Empecemos, el servicio de expedía pésimo, no facturan y no avisan en ningún lugar! El hotel pésimo 1- me preguntaban si festejaba algo y comenté que era el cumpleaños de mi esposa y no hicieron nada diferente o especial a si que no entiendo para que preguntan. 2 les falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza a las habitaciones, el ruido del aire acondicionado es insoportable, 3 tienen 1 solo restaurante tipo buffet para todo el hotel, por lo cual si quieres entrar a comer o desayunar tendrás que hacer fila mínimo de 30’minutos, la comida siempre es la misma no cambian nada, a si que si estás por más 3 días te vas hartar de comer siempre lo mismo, Tienen restaurantes de comida a la carta, tienes que hacer reservación, que empieza a las 8:00 por medio de una aplicación, pero si no lo haces a las 8:00 en punto olvídate de cenar en alguno de esos, nunca hay disponibilidad. 4- en mi reservación pedí una cuna, no estaba cuando llegué y bajé a pedirla en recepción y llegó prácticamente a las 3 de la mañana! En general mal el restaurante, no regresaría no lo recomendaría y en la vida vuelvo a comprar por esta aplicación.

The property had everything we needed for the kids. The kids paradise area was very nice and the kids enjoyed it. Also the kids club for below 3 was a good break for us, but they only allow 1.45 hrs in the morning and 1 hr in the evening for drop offs. The restaurants were average, the buffet was also an average. There were shops, boutiques and a clinic inside the property. The overall experience was nice, the people were nice, the vibe was great and we had fun.

Nice family oriented resort. Beautiful and clean pools, kids activities and shows at night. Good variety of food. They have multiple restaurants on site but it is virtually impossible to get a reservation at any of them. So buffet it is. Also ridiculous towel policy leading to towel thieves unnecessary anxiety.

Hospitality was good, bartenders, bellhops, everybody was great . Restaurants suck with there new system and they were all empty ( don’t get it) maybe low staff. Thats where they dropped the ball.

Food wasn’t good, too many children, if you are looking to turn up this isn’t that type of resort. Almost impossible to get reservations at any of the restaurants buffet will be your only option. Check in staff is not very friendly. Out dated. Great location but Wouldn’t stay again .
