"Rooms were clean and big. Entertainment was nice and there was always some event going on, not to mention the beach being just steps away. The food was good not great, some restaurants were much better than others like the Italian and Steakhouse. Overall, had a great time, I would absolutely recommend staying here."

Excellent location- a 10 minute drive from the airport, except the beach is not great at all.. so if you are looking for that, I would not book here, however, the hotel has excellent amenities. The pools are excellent (adults / family/ kids), there are a large variety of restaurants, the gelato shop, world-class nightly shows in a theater, kids club, arcade, spa, golf/baseball simulator, many stores.. you name it, they have supplied it. "Friendly and kind staff. Property is well maintained, but it needs some updates and fixes. It is family friendly. Every day there are fun activities to enjoy with family. There are 3 different pools, not to deep. Buffet breakfast is really good. Sea and stones restaurant is closed on Tuesday’s, and did not meet the expectations. Sports and Bar is a better option. There is a small convenience market inside the resort. There are two different bars. In general, it was a good stay."

"Water park is separate but there was always courtesy vans waiting to move you around. Pool outside our balcony was very cool to relax. Waiter at Pizzas restaurant was amazing and waiter at Bikini bottoms (Gustavo) I believe that was he’s name was excellent. Food at all the restaurants was delicious. Grandson(5yrs) had a blast at water park and pool. Highly recommend if You got lil ones."

"A very clean hotel with good food and very friendly staff. The staff continuously walked around with smiles and were very friendly to us, guests, and appeared to have fun amongst themselves. All in all, it appeared they were genuinely happy to work there. The staff kept cleaning the pool side and restrooms during the day, the rooms were cleaned daily and mini bar (included in the all inclusive) was restocked daily as well. "We loved the staff, excellent food choices and drink choices. Lay out of property was excellent room lay out was very accommodating and always clean, as well. We enjoyed our stay here and will gladly return!"

"The room was great however the service was slow and the alcohol was generic only a couple name brands. We had to pay an upgrade to get some limited premium alcohol but this upgrade was available only in certain bar areas. Jonathan in the 21st floor bar was amazing! Overall the stay was ok"
