"Staff is great, place was clean. The room had ac/heat (nights are a bit cold 17/19c) and there was hot water for thee showers
4 stars only because I didn’t really enjoy the restaurant food. Drinks were good though
The beach is about 5 min walk from the front desk and there are beach chairs for rent and well as a couple of restaurants
Overall a really nice place stay"

"This is an amazing place to stay. I would stay again for sure. Very nice beach and you can take the electric car to go to the ruins. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting in and out of the hotel requires ordering a taxi from the hotel since they don't let anyone in and out of the park where the hotel is located. Very friendly staff and the room is very well equipped."

"The staff are really nice and accommodating . Especially Theresa . She’s sweet and anticipates our needs.
The place has no amenities but you have access to Ahau which is the sister hotel . But I like the atmosphere here in Ganesh - the location is perfect, if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of typical resort this is a good place for you .
The beach is nice and the only downside is it’s on the strip of clubs that can be loud at night but they stop playing at 1 am. Somehow all of us slept ...
