Check-in Process: Before arriving at the hotel, I pre-requested specific pillows, a private room, and a room with a good view through the butler, and they accommodated everything exactly as requested. Upon arrival, the butler kindly consulted with me, and all communication was possible via WhatsApp. They handled all restaurant reservations and activity management. From before arriving at the hotel until the moment we left, they fulfilled every single guest request without missing anything — it was truly the best service I've ever received.
Room Environment: The cleanliness and facilities were excellent. There was no humidity, and everything needed in the room was provided. Additionally, before check-in, they perfectly removed any musty damp smell that might have been in the room by using the scent I requested, and they kept a diffuser running to maintain a pleasant fragrance throughout the stay. Even during the twice-daily cleaning, everything was kept very clean. In terms of cleanliness, it was the cleanest state I've seen compared to any 5-star hotel.
Facilities & Restaurants There were plenty of places in the lobby to enjoy billiards and games, and the distance to the bars and restaurants wasn't far, which was great. Especially, having a jacuzzi here was a big plus — on chilly days (it was very cold during my visit), I could warm up my body, unlike other hotels.
