"Staff were wonderful and everyone is very friendly. My biggest issue is their lack of care when asking about food allergies. They ask when seating you but have no care whatsoever when taking your order or explaining food options at the buffet. Treat it seriously if you are going to ask. Another big negative is bottled water in the room. With faucet water being non-drinkable, we asked multiple times for the bottled water to be placed in the room by housekeeping, but it was never done. When...

"Overall great experience. It would be better if they allowed reservations at the specialty restaurants otherwise the wait was at times too long. Didn't care much for the food at the Italian restaurant. They should limit the number of people at the pool bar d/t risk of waterborne illnesses. Chlorine will not cover every bug!"

"Checking in. Hotel staff didn't tell us to download the app upon check in. Would have been useful because everything you reserve you need the app. All activities in the hotel, you can find with the app. The furnishings are a little outdated, needs an upgrade. I was here 12yrs ago and it's getting a little run down but still a very nice hotel. People there are very nice and helpful. If you imagine yourself laying on a pristine beach relaxing on a nice sun chair, this place is not for you. ...

"Water park is separate but there was always courtesy vans waiting to move you around. Pool outside our balcony was very cool to relax. Waiter at Pizzas restaurant was amazing and waiter at Bikini bottoms (Gustavo) I believe that was he’s name was excellent. Food at all the restaurants was delicious. Grandson(5yrs) had a blast at water park and pool. Highly recommend if You got lil ones."
