"Lovely hotel, enjoyed the à la carte restaurants experience especially the spice restaurant. Enjoyed going for our daily visit to the Aroma bar, had a cup of oat cappuccino, friendly service. Rosa was very helpful on the front desk. The staff at Excellence Rivirera were all friendly and very welcoming. "We checked in with Carlos, I asked him to confirm there were no feather pillows/comforters in the room due to allergies. He confirmed no feathers anywhere. Unfortunately, I didn't check, we enjoyed the resort and the next morning I woke up with swollen eyes. There were feathers in 3 of the pillows. So double check if you have any allergies!!
