Beautiful hotel & beach club. We stayed at breathless a couple nights before which we also loved, but Hyatt Vivid is less of a party scene and a little fancier appearing. Went on a girl’s trip and this hotel exceded our expectations. I’ve been to a lot of all inclusive hotels and Hyatt Vivid had by far better food, great drinks, live music and beautiful comfortable rooms. The beach club is beautiful, just try and get there early because lounge chairs fill up fast. The gym was also wonderful. The staff were exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel, we had a great time!

My gf and I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid Cancun. Starting from the food to the service, the entire resort experience was fantastic. The property is modern, spotless, and has the perfect adults-only atmosphere for relaxing. The rooftop views at sunset are incredible and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The real jewel of this resort are the staff and the quality of the food. They are genuinely warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome every day. Their service truly made the whole experience unforgettable. I’d definitely come back.

This hotel was wonderful! From check-in to check-out the staff was thoughtful, helpful and so incredibly kind. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out and truly resembles a “wellness” vibe, the food is incredible, lots of fun things to do without feeling overwhelmed. I would highly recommend this to any adults needing a relaxing vacation.
Ennea beach club you have free access and shuttle too - definitely make time to go here!

The room was really clean and perfect, the staff so nice, the breakfast and lunch buffet perfect, The only issue was that , it is not a dinner buffet and there are 6 restaurants that you should book and eat. I tried them, the food of Italian and Mediterranean was not good at all, Japanese restaurants was really good. The hotel was really clean, infinitely pool was nice and clean
