Stay was really good. Resort is really nice and easily accessible to beach , pool, kids zone and bar and restaurant. Food was good also and they have shows every night which we really enjoyed. Room service was great and rooms were always left neat and clean during room service.

Lack of staff support. Asked for water it came two days later,; water flood in bathroom spilled out to room it tok few hrs. Then day later when there was nothing to be mopped up there come the clean up guy. If it's all inclusive why the food is never hot. Can't visit again.

Except the outdoor activities the rest was nightmare, old and dirty room , no service for each service you should call more than 5 times if and only if someone be responsible, except the steakhouse the rest of the foods just like a sheet, never back there again , for a huge building there was just one lift,

This place was disgusting. The food was gross, the drinks were worse. The rooms are gross. This place needs to be shutdown. The buildings smell. There is not enough beach chairs. Its battle of the chairs. Complete chaos!!!! Do not stay here!

Service is poor,Food was really limited and horrible Requested for extra blanket never got . Rooms were really dirty and old. No towels beside the pools! Had to bring the towel from the room. Really disappointed.

Staff was great, the rooms are pretty dated, the food always seemed cold even at the sit down restaurants and we were there for a week and weren’t able to get reservations for dinner. My kids aren’t picky but they did have a hard time finding something they liked to eat…. Even the Mac and cheese was watered down( my 15 years old said “this is BAD and I like Mac and cheese from a box” we didn’t use the pool at all during our stay this week (it’s not heated and the water was freezing) but it looked clean and well maintained, the grounds are pretty to walk and the beach is clean.breakfast options only include the 2 buffets and for lunch the pickings where a little slim. We also were not permitted in the buffet one night because my daughter was wrapped in a towel (she was cold, not wet) Also be prepared for check in to take at least 1 hr and if traveling as a family they will try to sign you up for their timeshare presentation with the excuse that they show everyone around the ground and to their room, check out took 5 min though :)

Overall our family enjoyed the Grand Oasis for it's varied outdoor spaces, with peacocks and koi fish; multiple dining and bar options offered good service and selection. The beach and lack of was too rough for young children as well as no outdoor play area accessible to children under 4.

The drink lines were extremely long, the power went out twice while I was drying my hair, and the food was very disappointing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

My friend fell in their lobby on day two of seven. Be careful the lobby, where the bar is the steps look flat, but they are not. The staff who were there were amazing, but I wanted to spend one extra night and I explained my friend fell and hurt herself in the lobby. She did not stay five of her seven nights nor did she eat or drink there. No refund of any kind and I had to pay for my additional night. They were full and I was on the second floor with no elevator. If she was able to come back from the hospital they would not have been able to accommodate her. So that was also disappointing. I think this was very horrible service for somebody who fell in their hotel. On the last morning I called at 5:45 AM to change my two to go breakfasts to 630. They still weren’t ready when I was ready to leave for the airport. I was very disappointed and had to spend $40 at the airport. I also had to pay for my last day, including all inclusive when I told them I was leaving the hotel at 6:30 in the morning. I wasn’t impressed with that either. The food was amazing though and I like the small resort feel. The entertainment staff was great and I enjoyed the pool aerobics when I could. I met some amazing people there and I was very thankful for that.

El servicio deja mucho que desear. El hotel aunque la instalaciones se podrían mejorar ya que algunas partes ya están desgastadas o viejas se podría pasar si el personal fuera amable o se desvivieran por el huésped.

The room was not ready until 4pm. Very inconvenient for incoming guests. There was no orientation to the facility, restaurant, and amenities until the 2nd day. They need to do a better job and encorage the guests to download the resort app.

I would not recommend booking this resort. The prices may be cheaper but when you get there it's an upcharge for alot of things like certain drinks, access to some restaurants, beach chairs etc. It is on one of the most beautiful beaches in Cancun but minimal beach chairs and no beach service/bars. It is not wheelchair accessible with many steps all around the resort. Rooms that are called accessible cannot fit a wheelchair comfortably. Buffet food was bland and almost always cold. Their warmers did not work. Buffets will not serve you drinks while you eat except for pop/juice/water. Elevators were slow and often broken. I recommend spending your money elsewhere!
