A great, clean hotel with great pools and restaurants. The Hilton app to book restaurants and activities could be marketed better. But after being made aware of the app, it was easy to use and book dinner and activities. The free shuttle to the Canopy Mall in Cancun was great and reliable. I was the most impressed about the STAFF, always friendly, helpful and ready. Good value for money and I will definately go again!

Hotel is good. Hotel staffs are very helpful. Only bad smells like dry fish around the pool area bothered us a lot even we got the bad smell in our balcony. Other bad experience that we could not go to beach for sea weeds. Hope they will take necessary action for these for future travelers.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was wonderful, from the beautiful property and great atmosphere to the excellent service. The rooms were luxurious, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping taking great care of the room every day. We loved our room and truly enjoyed our stay! The food and drinks were excellent! Besides the buffet restaurant, which also had a great variety of good food, the Italian restaurant and the Steakhouse were both wonderful. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The drinks were great too!

All and all a good hotel to spend your family vacation. The staff is literally awesome! The food is surprising! You expect the buffet to be a backup but then you find yourself going every day cause its so good! There are many restaurants in the hotel with amazing food and services tho! Ice cream shop near the pool and entertainments. Nice gym but no free weights its more geared towards cardio Be aware there is NO shuttle for the airport so rent a car or taxi your way there. This is a hotel more than a resort But it has best of both worlds Will definitely come back !

Wonderful experience and that is our second visit here. Love the food options. Only wish for more activities and a lazy pool or more water slides especially for teens.

Everything was very excellent. The only put off for me (and not a huge deal breaker) was that the splashpad for kids was under maintenence when we arrived and the pool adjacent to that was also closed. I had narrowed down to this property as we had a 11 year old who enjoys splash pads and water parks. Unfortunately it was a disappointment to see it closed. However, the good part was, the service by the staff, food and all other amenities were very good. We had a very nice time and would recommend this to anyone looking for a good family vacation.

Our stay was wonderful, only if you are looking for nighttime activities get any hotel in Zona Hotelera which you can walk to any place. This hotel is far away from the Main Street and they have shuttle to La Isla but for only 16 people, but everything else in the hotel was excellent.

My stay at Hilton Cancun was absolutely wonderful! Everything was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They made my birthday especially memorable by surprising me with a delicious cocktail and cake. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! Thank you, Hilton Cancun, for giving me one of the best experiences ever. I would absolutely love to return!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Customer service was amazing. Staff caters to your every need. Food at the restaurants were good but food in Mexico tastes different and my taste buds had to adjust. Beach was not the best. Pool was good and entertainment and kids club were great!

Pool area is a little small but definitely family friendly! Pool fills up quickly so make sure you reserve your seats early. The staff is nice, the more you tip the better you’re treated lol Overall happy with our stay, the room was nice and room service kept it clean for us. The restaurants were also very good, the buffet was okay but not terrible.
