An amazing location, super relaxing and just beautiful all around. We stayed at one of the Elite bungalows and we couldn’t have picked a better vacation spot. The room, the view, the food, drinks, and the staff were all exceptional! We’ll definitely visit again!

The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!

First of all, I wanna say, Randy went beyond and above thank you I want sushi and the sushi place was closed and he made sure that I got sushi and the sad part is the only person I remember his name is Randy I don’t remember our butler name or concierge‘s name. I feel the guy that was helping us was kind of rude to me. I had a migraine and he was trying to talk to me constantly about my husband‘s decorations, and half of the things because it was off peak season were closed for $2000 a night. I feel like every restaurant should be open

The bungalows over the water were beautiful! It’s a wonderful experience without a long flight. The staff are friendly, very helpful and efficient. The food was wonderful!

The property was stunning. The staff was friendly, authentically kind and enjoyed their jobs. The bungalow was so cool, loved having our own private swim out pool. The food was delicious and so fancy! We got a Bluetooth speaker and they delivered food out to our deck so we were able to just relax and enjoy the view! Only downside was the AC could be upgraded and the pool temperate was warm, almost like hot tub water. It was not capable of cooling down. It’s very hot there so a refreshing pool and coming in the bungalow to escape the heat for a little while would have made it perfect. We will absolutely be back, and select a bungalow with either a sunrise or sunset view.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Most greet you when they see you with an, “Hola!” The food is delicious. The beds are comfortable, the rooms and property is clean, the view from the room is amazing, loved the cabanas and the Anjeo was flowing.
