"Book privilege it was the best experience. Staff was so nice Alan was the butler assigned to us he was so sweet. The food was good I cant really say I have any complaints there. The whole fried fish and the Mahi Mahi amazing. Its not a party resort though just good for relaxation and the drinks are amazing"

"The property is beautiful the taco and marquesitas stands every night are AMAZING ! Only thing I wish I could change is the music in the sports bar it’s the same beat every night tried asking the staff but they said they can’t change it. Also the overall night ambiance is very slow pace would be nice to get some upbeat music once in a while outside the club. But overall great experience the food is definitely on the better side of all inclusive. Would consider going again !"

"The pictures on this site are very deceiving, especially at the beach. The chairs need to be redone. I understand they’re do renovations on the property, but that has nothing to do with the condition of the beach and the facilities. The food in the main dining hall for breakfast was excellent, dinner not so good. The best place to eat was the Japanese restaurant, good food and entertainment. Visited their sister hotel, Playacar Beach which was 1000% better. I would suggest that you look into...

"The hotel staff were excellent! The housekeeping team was absolutely on top of everything. You could leave your room for half a second and come back to find your clothes folded and neatly put away. Exceptional service all around! Laura, our server, was also excellent and extremely attentive. She was always on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of. "Beautiful location, the beach huts were lovely. Overall a wonderful stay. Occasionally felt the staff were quite judgemental about how limited our Spanish is. Drinks and food are very expensive. Worth heading to other locations for drinks and diner."

"If you want a cheap room that’s close to playa del Carmen then sure this is the place to go. Sheets weren’t cleaned, sink wasn’t fully working, hot water only works certain times."

"Le vaste jardin très bien entretenu et les petites maisons dispersées . La situation sur la plage même si l'eau n'était pas très belle lors de notre séjour. La nourriture très bonne quelques soient les restaurants, particulièrement du 19 au 23 août 2026. Seul bémol, la situation de l'hôtel un peu trop excentré d'où la difficulté de se promener dans la ville ou des lieux plus pittoresques si possible."
