Cari Resor di Playa del Carmen

"We loved the grand sunset princess!!! It was a beautiful resort with very friendly staff, amazing food, and great drinks!!! Santana and Abraham were the best bartenders, we love them!! 10/10 recommend"

"Amazing resort, one of the best we’ve been to. The food was delicious, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was pristine. The beach was kept up with every day so sargassum never got in the way. We will be returning, the sooner the better."

"The property is beautiful. It’s like being in the rainforest. There is wildlife on the property which is an experience! The rooms are comfortable and nice. The staff is very friendly and a pleasure deal with. The beach is well maintained and steps away from the pools which gives you variety in your day."

"Lean room. Great pool!"

"Amazing"

"The resort was in a good location easily accessible to downtown playa del Carmen. However the staff were not very helpful and slow with service. Only two sit down restaurants, Mexican one was good but Italian was not good. The buffet didn’t have a ton of options, omelets were good in the morning but that was it. The room was clean and good. If you want to have drinks beside the pool or beach and don’t care about the food, and want to spend time outside the resort it is good otherwise would not...

"This was our 3rd time staying at the property and the first bringing our kids. In the past we stayed on the adult side. Everyone is always so nice, the property is gorgeous, the accommodations are wonderful and we love staying there!"

"We enjoyed seeing so many animals roaming around the resort and the commercial plaza was a highlight of our trip, with taco restaurant, churro and chocolate shop, crepes and ice cream, plus beautifully decorated."
