"La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno bufet estuvo muy bien, el unico detalle fue que al estar en otro edificio lejos del lobby el servicio del wifi no fue bueno ni tampoco la atención del personal, pues todo fue por watshap y tardaban en contestar cuando preguntabas por algun servivio incluso me dejaron en visto en la ultima pregunta."

"Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful.
