The rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, outdoor pool was nice. There is no beach front and the seaweed has taken over what is there. The common areas were not busy at all, this may be due to part of the resort being residential. Overall a good resort.

I was nervous from some of the reviews but we are not too picky and had a great time. If you are expecting them to make the experience then maybe you won’t but it provided everything our family needed to have a great time together. It was a great experience for My family. A resort that's makes total sense with younger kids. The week picked was great because it wasn't that full. We had lots of fun, shout out to the Kids Club and the staff, also to Cipriano a great security guard going above and beyond to help. A small note, the beach is smaller than in the hotel area, that being said, it depends if your aim is less beach and more ocean/pool. The variety of food and quality is also great.

We had a wonderful experience. It was unfortunate that beach was in the condition that it was. But the staff was awesome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Buffet was mediocre but the restaurant, room service and pool restaurants were very good. Would recommend!
