"I booked and paid through the app, but at check-out, the hotel didn't provide an invoice because I booked through Hotel.com or Expedia. My trip was for work, and I can't justify the expense. I called Hotel.com, but no one resolved the issue; the people who answered didn't speak Spanish. Expedia wouldn't answer my calls.
