All around amazing resort! The amenities, the staff, the hospitality, etc. There wasn't a single thing I would have said anything negative about this place.

Our stay at El Dorado Seaside Palms was fantastic! The staff were absolutely great, very kind and helpful. When we arrived we were given a free upgrade to a premium room with an ocean view! The beach was great! We enjoyed having fish swim around us while in the water! It wasn't too hard to get a beach chair and there was often someone coming by to offer to bring us drinks. There is also a great BBQ place for lunch on he far side of the beach that has ribs, sausage, chicken, veggie skewers, beef flank, and nachos. The food was good, the rooms were clean and continually cleaned. There are also lots of lunch buffet options, a taco bar, pizza, burgers, hotdogs, burritos, and full buffets. One of these had a guy grilling fresh salmon and making up pasta! They always ask your room number when going to eat and we found out that this was in case anyone gets sick, they can try ad trace it and find out how it happened. I really appreciated that they are doing their best to protect the guests. We also enjoyed the free excursions. We got to ride a catamaran and go snorkeling and that was fantastic. The Cenote swim was also a wonderful experience! We would 100% come again! Our only complaints were that we ended up getting roped into a membership presentation and there were a few times at the beach when a couple woman decided to go topless even though they weren't in the hidden beach portion (there is actually a nudist portion that is private).

Had an issue with the taxi to and from a nearby town, in which the resort assured me was a safe and reliable transport mode. I don’t attribute this to the hotel itself, as they also did everything they could to ensure my safe return and follow through with the initial driver. Otherwise everything is stunning, definitely a resort for couples and retirees. The food in the restaurants was incredible. My only overall “feedback” would be the limited access of food between the lunch and dinner switchover/late night after dinner - the only option being room service. They have La Trattoria which is only open select days of the week. Would love to see that be open during the transition periods for a quick snack/small meal without having to go to the room and wait 30-45 min (which is honestly still a great delivery time for how great the food is). It is doable to work around this! This does not make or break how wonderful the resort is. The overall landscape is stunning, the access to the sister resorts and amenities make the possibilities endless! The excursions that were included were IMPRESSIVE and well planned. If i were to visit an El Dorado resort again, i would likely look into which one suits the vibe of my vacation a little closer than I had. The staff were beyond attentive and very patient with the guests that may have consumed a few too many bebidas (not naming names - it’s me… i did). Anything i asked for, someone had it covered. ¡Gracias!

First impression was not so good as the lobby looked dated. For me, that was a bad sign because I had a feeling the rooms looked dated as well. We selected the Junior Swim out room and it was horrible. The mirror in the bathroom was peeling and looked very dated, you could barely see your reflection in the mirror. Tiles on the room floors were cracked in some areas and the shower had sewage smell coming from the drain. There was still a wet towel sitting on one of the loungers out on the patio. We requested a new room and we were given a Premium suite which was much nicer. The staff were all good and polite except one guy who delivered room service one night. The food was just ok. The best food we ate was at the Japanese restaurant. The room service food often arrived not hot, but was delivered fairly quick. In the Premium room we noticed small little bugs in the floor near the balcony door. They didn’t enter the room entirely, but they were there. The bar drinks were hit or miss. The Mezcalito bar had decent drinks, but the other bars were hit or miss. Overall, it was just ok and I would look for a more updated resort if we ever visit any all inclusive resort in Mexico.

We absolutely loved our stay at El Dorado Seaside Palms! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The food was excellent, with great variety and quality at every restaurant we tried. The facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the property. We also really appreciated the internal transportation—it made getting around the resort easy and convenient. The bell staff and overall service were outstanding. Overall, everything was just amazing. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort!

We were in a beachfront suite close to the party area which had music till 1am most nights. This should be midnight at the latest since most times there were not many people left anyway after 12. Also, the BBQ beach could use some more loungers, lots of room left. Other than that... PERFECT. Very quiet (adults only), very friendly and happy staff (Mexican-owned resort) and good food. Food, drinks and washrooms always close by. The ocean is very shallow but the snorkeling from the beach is excellent. Everything is clean and well maintained. The Spa was very relaxing. The included catamaran excursion to Maroma was great. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly and accommodating beyond words. Upgraded to swim out room which was top notch. Food was always the best! The drinks were great. We never went without. Highly recommend!
