On the positive side, the hotel has a beautiful and spacious territory, plenty of activities, great animation, and very good food at the buffet. The staff truly deserves special mention — they were friendly, attentive, and clearly doing their best to help guests and create a pleasant atmosphere.
However, there were several significant issues that affected our stay. The navigation around the resort is very poor. Upon arrival, we were not given any maps, schedules, programs, or basic information about how the hotel works — no guidance on activities, restaurants, or transportation. Everything had to be figured out on our own.
The room was another major concern. There was a strong smell of mold, and it felt like the room had not been renovated in decades. Some wall lights were partially detached with nearly exposed wiring. The air conditioner was very old and difficult to operate, and most of the power outlets in the room did not work. Electrical issues were noticeable throughout the property as well — many lights around the resort were not functioning, and the hotel experienced several power outages, which was surprising for such a large complex.
We also had issues with the à la carte restaurants. Out of three promised options, we were only able to book two. We missed one reservation because we were not informed that transportation was required to get there, nor were we told about the shuttle schedule.
