The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. "

"Mindblown at the entire Xcaret property, hotel and parks. Was nervous about the cost but we left wishing we stayed longer.
The hotel property is massive with so much to do and so many food choices. The room was clean and simple but with a wonderful view along with double hammocks and stoked snacks.
Check in was simple and fast but do think something was missed along the way as we felt unprepared to tackle the enormous property with a lack of information at first from how to reserve...

"The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Our rooms were incredible with Súper comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and beautifully decorated. The pools were gorgeous and clean and the gym well equipped. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Alvero in the bar/restaurant was especially wonderful and made our stay really special. It was my birthday and they presented us with wine, fruit and cake. Really kind. "

Some suggestions: Better communication to the security guards about guests coming would help. Many of the guards were not even aware of this property, and none of them spoke English.
