"Wir hatten Villa de Rosa als “sleepover” Hotel geplant, um am nächsten Tag früh am Morgen zu nächsten Aktivitäten weiter zu reisen. Weshalb wir einen Raum zum Pool gebucht hatten. Wir wurden vom Hotel Manager empfangen und er stellte uns den Raum vor, den wir gebucht hatten. Alles gut, aber er hatte eine Überraschung vor uns und wir bekamen einen Upgrade zur einem ocean view Studio mit dining room, living room, Küche und Terasse in einem Raum. Schlafzimmer und Bad extra. Die view war fantastisch...

"This place was sublime - beautiful garden and natural pool, roomy huts with screened porches, lovely helpful owner, just a few kilometers from Akumel beach and 30 km from Tulum ruins in a quiet, out of the way location. I’m sorry I was only staying one night. "

"Awesome customer service by Arturo and his team members Miguel and kitchen staff, cleaning staff.Food service very healthy and on point. Kitchen staff did everything to make us pleasant. Swimming pool team fantastic job with maintenance. Overall the best place for quiet time and very attentive. The place is fully covered with cool vibes. Highly recommend this place. We are coming back again with 7 friends next year. "

"The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!"

"When we arrived they told us they had upgraded our room to a larger size so we had a living room as well as a bedroom. Everything was amazing. From the food to the friendly staff. We didn’t spend much time at the beach because there was a limited area for the beach and there weren’t many chairs there but the pools were great. We loved the pool with the basketball hoops inside. We had a lot of fun there especially when the DJ was playing music. There was always someone ready to take our drink...

"We sincerely enjoyed our stay at the Bespoke. The property was beautifully located with an amazing stretch of beach with access to the reef for snorkeling. The restaurant had a wide selection of really delicious options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entire staff was extremely friendly, courteous and very attentive.
