"Our stay at Hotel Milam was truly magnificent! The room was beautiful, the pool was warm and inviting, the food served was delicious, and most importantly the hotel was very well appointed.
The best part of it all was the staff! We were warmly greeted by Ara who was kind and informative. She made our stay even more enjoyable and she made us feel at ease. "It was a great stay with 2 kids, very kid friendly and amazing staff and service. That said, a few things could improve -
1) The restaurant is a little overpriced for the quality of the food but then again it’s Tulum so everything is overpriced
2) When booking, nothing was mentioned about the room being part of Luna (Sister property). Would have been nice to know that it was not near the beach.
