"Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. "Clean room, great staff, good food, typical all inclusive drinks. I would not recommend the “more inclusive” option. It felt like every meal and experience had “upgrade” options that you had to pay for which took away from the convenience of the all inclusive. "We were a party of six and our stay at the Barcelo Maya riviera was superb. The modern minimalist design appealed to us as the rest of the five hotel complex looks old and dated. "My wife, kids, and I just got back from a weeks saty at Kantenah Family Selection. This was our first time at this resort. Our expectations were far exceeded. The property is beaautiful and so well kept up. The staff is always working hard to keep this place beautiful. I would have to say the best part of our trip was the excellent service.
