"Great property friendly staff with beautiful landscape. Staff went above and beyond with anything we asked for and always have a smile and never heard the word NO well we were there. Nice beach always open palapa to get chairs. We swam with turtles in front of the property everyday as well as seeing plenty of fish. Worth getting the preferred club. Room was clean and updated with great amendments. Had plenty of food options and portions were good. We have stayed at dozens of adults only...

"Basically everything was perfect, we had an amazing experience and luckily we saw a sea turtle lying egg infront of out room, staff were very friendly, shout out to Tony the host was extremely helpful, the view of the property was amazing!!!"

"I had a really nice and comfortable stay. Berenice at the spa was amazing. Opdulia was such a pleasure at breakfast. Manuel made the best drinks by the beach. Carlos did too by the pool. Everyone was just so nice and went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. The rooms are a little outdated. I’d work on that. But that’s my only complaint. "

"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "
