"Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous.
The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude.
The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. If you’re lucky you might see the local wildlife.

"Really nice hotel, I liked all the options for the kids, kids water park, kids club, the churrasqueria and cafeteria. The views are amazing. Restaurants are okay, the workers they were all very friendly and helpful. This resort It’s a bit far from both airports so taxis will charge over $100 to take you there. "Now this is the type of resort that means what they say: ALL INCLUSIVE. When I say that everything was amazing, it was--from concierge service (Francisco & Gerardo specifically) to room service (Lorenzo)to the dining options and customer service (Francisco that worked at Seaside Grill & Himitsu) to the entertainment provided by Lina. "We have gone here 6 times . We brought our neighbours and their kids and they cannot get over the good and staff and resort. Renovated since we went . Shows are amazing grease, Micheal Jackson , light show. And craft market in Thursdays "
