"This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

"Enjoyed the stay"

"Great stay and great hotel staff."

"Bahia is a beautiful and serene all inclusive resort. The buffet style food is pretty okay. Definitely a variety. The room service food was actually very very good. Presentation is always key. A great bonus is being able to have access to the other sister properties. Si’an specifically, is more for an older crowd/ more relaxed atmosphere. Fun but laid back. Rooms were very well maintained and service was just a call away with prompt response. Overall, had a great experience there"

"Staff and entertainment personnel were really good. Food was average at best, beach area was below average. Mattress was hard, several plugs did not work. Been to much better properties in the past. Overall experience was just average."

"Todo excelente!"

"buenta atencion"

"Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. "

"Muy bien! Solo la tienda y el restaurante mal surtidos."

"Todo excelente, el lugar increíble, la comida rica, todos son muy atentos"

"Love this private place. Beach was gorgeous and clean. Rooms were comfy, modern and comfortable. Bedding was ultra luxurious. "

"My husband and I were very happy with the service they provided for us. We also loved their food."

"I fell in love with this place. It was just what I needed - rest, relaxation, peace, fun, beauty. The staff was amazing! The food was amazing! The massage was amazing! Everything was amazing and a wonderful escape from my stressful days."

"Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation."

"A rare time when the pictures line up with reality. Our stay was very nice. The place is well run and only a couple years old. The food was great. There weren't many people staying there since we went in slow season (July) so it felt very mellow and private. The beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't swim, but we expected that so it wasn't a disappointment. The beach is very calm and shallow. Excellent location near everything. No more than a 15 minute drive to most of our activities. Highly...

"Overall, a great resort, and we really enjoyed our stay! Just wanted to share a word of caution regarding the main pool, especially for families with babies or toddlers. Be sure to check the pool depth before entering through the middle stairs. My wife, who is about 5’5”, entered the pool through the middle stairs while holding our toddler, not realizing the water was approximately 5.4 feet deep. Both ended up going underwater, and thankfully, someone nearby was able to help them. We’ve stayed...

"Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets."

"Todo muy bien y es un fantástico lugar para disfrutar en familia lo recomiendo mucho"
