"We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. "Second time staying at the Hilton Tulum. The staff is great. Daniel took great care of us at the pool and Dani from the entertainment team gave us so fun at the pool. Also had the opportunity to take a spin class in the pool. That was not on my bingo card for 2026 but so much fun. Food is always a struggle as there was no buffet offered at night, all restaurants require a reservation and the food is not it. Also there is an increase in wildlife on the property that was not there 4 years ago....

"We stayed on the main floor and it feels like it’s our own house on the beach. Luckily no one was around so it feels very nice and private. The 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were wonderful for layout and the common rooms of kitchen/living room and dining room were great for all of us to spend time together. The beach view was wonderful but the sargassum just ruined the experience as we couldn’t use the beach at all as there was so much weeds on shore and in water despite the staff hauling...
