"This was my fourth time at this property. Three times were 20 plus years ago. This place is a shadow of its former self. The check in staff either were brand new or just plain lied about amenities that did not exist. No concierge person was ever at villas and when I asked people to make reservations at restaurants they never did. "The resort itself is quite beautiful but is let down by numerous things. While we were staying in June into July many facilities we’re closed or not available. The lobby bar was closed so there was nowhere to go for a drink before dinner in air conditioning. The pool bars only served drinks from the poolside in the family riviera section.
