"Everything about this hotel was THE BEST! All of the staff was friendly and attentive. They have amenities I hadn’t seen before. The swim up pool on our back patio was so fun. The room was very clean and well stocked daily, they even offer turn down service. Food at every restaurant was SO GOOD! Food allergies? No problem! They will help identify dishes meeting your dietary needs and will even prepare food not on the menu “special” for you in the kitchen. Highly recommend getting a hydrotherapy...

"The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!"

We rented e-bikes on the days we wanted to check out other areas in Tulum. Overall the perfect trip!"

"Raccoons had access to your room from the rooftop since it was made out of tree palms leaves, no one cleaned room from previous stay as the sheets were dirty and dead bugs were within the linen. No refreshing of towels while staying there for 5 days. At night the raccoons were on the rooftop and broke a whole in the palm leaves. "
