"We only saw turtles when we went out of the resort and paid for the guides. The food from the buffet and room service gave us a tummy ache everyday unfortunately. The drinks were okay, there was not a lot to do to be honest. We had a decent time though and the staff was always there to help."

"I can’t recommend this place highly enough! The most beautiful rooms and amazing service and delicious food. It was quiet season when we were there and I think during busier times it is still not a party scene. But if you are looking for a gorgeous place right on the beach as a couple to relax, this is it! Loved loved loved it! Use the cold plunge and sauna and steam room. The massages were outstanding as well. And if your room has a rooftop deck USE IT!"

"Unfortunately I cannot say the value of this place is accurate. The view is fantastic and restaurant staff were great, however I did not feel super safe/comfortable. My parter getting shocked when he turned the light on, to having to strain and twist to get out of the room to the back because of the room planning, the slippery floors in the bathroom and the raised deck boards causing many people to trip. "The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, really nice people. The communication with the hotel prior to our trip was quick and efficient too. We had a few questions and would sometimes respond within minutes. When we got to our room, I noticed they had upgraded our room to one facing the ocean, what a pleasant surprise.
