Everything was perfect, clean rooms , clean hotel, awesome Restaurants and the room servants and Manager for our side of the building RUBI were AWESOME!! We will return and bring more people with us. My wife and I spent our 25 years anniversary there ,and they helped me out with having a romantic dinner at the beach’s gazebo and bring Mariachi to surprise my wife.🍾👍

We enjoyed everything. We would like to recommend more vegetarian options or Halal food. We only eat Halal meat which made it hard to enjoy the food here. The room service should have more options for vegetarians and more dessert options. Last, we loved the box idea in the rooms where employees drop off anything room service related. Unfortunately, the staff wasn’t using that most of the time. Recommendation is to use that feature more

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, desde a comida, o quarto, o acesso à praia, as piscinas, o spa, o atendimento e a festa da virada do ano. Eu definitivamente voltarei ao Majestic de Cancún ou até mesmo o de Punta Cana. Tradução para o inglês: Our stay was wonderful, from the food and the room to the beach access, the pools, the spa, the service, and the New Year’s Eve party. I will definitely return to the Majestic in Cancun or even the one in Punta Cana.

Everything at this resort was amazing!!! Staff goes above and beyond at everything! Our Butler Sergio was the absolute best!!! Can’t wait to come back to this beautiful property! Loved everything!!!

The rooms were nice and spacious, as were all of the restaurants. We never had an issue finding a spot to sit and enjoy. The staff were all very pleasant and kind. Especially Kevin who was working very hard down at the beach. We would return. It was nice to be at a very full resort but not have it feel busy at all.

The food at the restaurants were mediocre. Seafood didn't taste fresh at all. Too fishy. I've tasted better Mexican street food than what they had at their Mexican restaurant.

Lots of stuff can be improved at this resort food quality, resort quality , upkeep of the resort, answering and returning calls from staff We had lots of hiccups at this resort and me and my wife will never be pack this resort is fake luxury at its finest! One thing though our butler Amado was awesome in every such way!! He was great!

We stayed for 1 weeks over Christmas and New Year’s. Overall, it was excellent. Majestic resort chains never disappoint. But, I found Mexican resorts have better service. The staffs are extremely friendly and they do go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They are all smiling and in great spirit. The place is spotless. When we arrived, the resort was much more quieter. We stayed at the Club 18+ plunged pool section. It has couple of Members Only lounges, an exclusive pool and lots of other things. The resort has 6 a la chart restaurants, 4 of them is based on 1st come 1st serve. French and Japanese need in advance reservations. We went to all restaurants and it was great. The buffet is excellent. I cannot find any flaws or problems. Everyone was friendly and professional. Nobody expects you to tip, you get the exact same service with or without tipping. Our butler Enrique was fantastic and always kept in touch. He made sure we are having a great time and taken care of. Our made Angelica made sure our rooms (we had 2 side by side rooms) are well done and she did do a fantastic job. She even came twice a day. Both fridges were filled daily and we had coffee makers and kettle in both rooms. The rooms are spacious and adequate for 2 adults. The plunge pool was amazing! We would hang out there after lunch. 24/7 room service was awesome. Jose and Raul at the steakhouse were super friendly, funny and professional. We had a great dinner there.

This resort by far exceeded my expectations. I have been to Mexico four times in various places and this one was hands down the best! The rooms were spectacular, beautiful beach, so many pools, great food and outstanding hospitality and service!

Excellent service and resort! Very clean and friendly staff - the resort speaks for itself. We had an amazing time with the plunge pool suite and floating breakfast - definitely recommend!!

I loved the facility. Our room was nice and large, with a good view of the pool area. I personally liked the layout of the adult side pool area. The main adult pool is small, but there are lots of areas for couples to relax. Large groups might enjoy the main pool areas more, as they seem livelier. We had to adjust our expectations with the staff a bit. The very first time I asked a waiter for water, he told me to get it myself from the club lounge. That set the tone for the week. I ended up getting most of my water, beer, and soda from the club lounges, including a minibar restock. We aren't big drinkers, so it wasn't a huge deal. It didn't stop us from having a good time. I can list 5-10 times when we had to alter course due to staff. Including two dinner plans on separate nights. Speaking of dinner, I don't understand all the glowing reviews about the food. We found it on par with similar resorts at this level. It wasn't bad, just nothing great. Lunch is a struggle unless you love hot dogs, hamburgers, or buffet pizza. Although they had other options, there was often limited or no staff at certain buffet stations. I would go back, but it wouldn't be my first choice for resorts of this caliber. If you already booked, Erik in the main lobby bar at night makes some of the best drinks I've ever had.

-Pools was small and awkward. Form over function. -Staff was amazing overall but our butler was non-existent and did not deliver at all on what we asked -Food was mixed. We had 10 total - buffet (overall) was great. Restaurants were mixed - some loved certain restaurants and other did not like it at all (varied by restaurant and our family's feelings on each restaurant was mixed). But consistently the food took far too long to arrive and 1/2 food arrived cold. Some of it was inedible and some it was excellent - depending who in the family you ask -Drinks were my biggest complaint. Most of the drinks were terrible as it made by someone who does not know how to make drinks. But my primary issue with the drinks was they they used 2L bottles which largely remained open such that the carbonation was gone within a minute of opening and therefore most of the drinks were flat
