The staff was the best staff ever! The cleaning ladies, the entertainment team, the chefs, the waiters/waitresses, the front desk, the bartenders. The water was beautiful! The Gulf was crystal clear and the beach seating was awesome. The pools were perfect temperature and well kept. The bar staff was very kind and always available. Great all around place.

The staff make this place amazing. The entertainment team work hard day and night to provide fun and engaging games and events. The service is amazing the food is so good! The beach seating is by far the nicest we saw and is not very busy which was a plus.

Majestic Elegance was amazing!! We got married there, and the staff on all fronts went to great lengths to make sure that our stay was excellent!! The restaurant choices, drinks, and ALL amenities were great!! Our rooftop, plunge pool room was spacious and amazing. The club benefits are top tier!! I’d def recommend this property for couples, weddings or families.

Quite comfortable, quiet, and enjoyable- in the "club" adults only section. Dani, part of the entertainment staff, was amazingly attentive and engaging, and got many to participate in pool activities. Pool bar attendants were most cordial and attentive.
