I did not like that you don't get room keys, they give you a bracelet to wear and if it falls off, you pay them $90 for another one. Or you can not replace it and be without a key. (we had our butler waive this cause how insane)
Erik was the front desk manager, he was terrible. Tried to argue over the $90 for the bracelet, stated we signed an agreement when checking-in that we agree to pay if "lost". Keyword being lost, I did not take it off and forget to put it back on, it literally fell off on day 3 (we were there for 7 days total).
All we had done was go in the pool and ocean at that point. So to try and charge me $90 for something
I have no other choice but to have is a scam. To not even have the option for a regular room key makes no sense.
If you have an issue, I would avoid Erik if possible, he will not help or "bend" any rules for you, he's a corporate bootlicker. I would think the guest experience would outweigh a silly policy like that.
Pool plays the same music everyday, if you make a request it can't have cursing (we were at the adult only pool so I don't get the issue-I asked for Bad Bunny that seemed to be fine)
Pool staff was fun, played games, foam party was cool.
Overall a good stay, worst part was the $90 bracelet mishap.
